Domain Selling Rules (Including Auction)
#1
You can sell domain, no matter you are Registry or Registrar or Registrant.

Registry is who own the tld, Like VeriSign owns .com and .net, and Google owns .dev .app or some unique TLDs, XYZ Inc owns .xyz, and ONE Inc own .one.
Registrar is who sell domain directry from Registry, Like NameCheap, GoDaddy, Enom, And also Google, XYZ, ONE are registrar too. (However, Verisign disallowed to sell it directly from ICANN)
Registrant is who buy domains, no matter they resell it or buy for somenoe, such as End-User, or some-cases a few registrars are reseller of Enom and not selling directly.
For example, XDomain is reseller of Enom, and some small companies are using Enom too. (This is because ICANN have rules to sell directly from registry or be a registry, need to be "ICANN Accredited", and this costs too high for small businesses.)

This is the rule for All of them doing offer on that forum.

[Domain Auction]
Seller need to write what domain to sell.
1. Seller can set "Buy-It-Now-Price", there is no maximum.
2. Seller can set start price, there is no minimum or maximum.
4. Seller can set min-bid price, there is no minimum or maximum (If there's none, it mean the min-bid is $1).
3. Seller need to set the time-limit(end of auction), and extend.
5. Seller need to set payment gateway such as Paypal, Crypto.
6. The transaction fee is should paid by buyer.
7. Seller have to write the payment gateway, time-limit, and other rules if availiable.
8. After sold & Buyer paid, the seller should transfer ownership, please write about this.
For example, Spaceship registrar have feature to transfer ownership to other spaceship user.
Or You can transfer ownership using Auth Code e.g.
And If the auction is "rent domain", please update nameserver or dns records by request of buyer.
If the auction style is "rent domain", seller have to keep domain online and active.
And please write the auction style, Like is selling "ownership" or just access to domain(rent).
If it's "rent", please do not forgot to write how many year to rent. And the buyer can request extend of it by paying additional money.
In that case, bidding would be like "example.com - 50years, $10,000" e.g.
And In that case(rent), the extend of domain rent is please deal with buyer.

[Domain Registrar Offer(discount e.g.)]
1. Please write the TLD(s) that the offer is availiable.
2. Please write if there is required, such as buy with other product, please write it.
3. Please write the discounted pricing OR discount amount OR discount percentage. (e.g., ".com - $5/first year then $9/extra year", "all tlds, 10% off", "all tlds, $1 discount", ".com and .net is $1 first year! ($10/y if renew)" ).
4. In that case, "all-tld" means that the availiable TLD(s) in the registrar. It doesn't mean the all TLD exist in the world is supported.

We will edit/modifiy this rule If required.
Please follow all of your local laws.
DISCALIMER: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIVE TO SCAMS, PLEASE CHECK IS SELLER IS TRUSTABLE AT BUYER(S) OWN RISK!

Ask us If additional rule or explain required.
